Dispatching your order

We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 1pm (GMT) the same working day. Order recieved after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

Our delivery charges are £4.95 for our standard service which aims to deliver in 3-7 days.

Deliveries are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. If a delvery is missed then it is the customers responsibility to contact the courier and re-arrange delivery. The customer is responsible for any re-delivery charges incurred.

Returns

We operate a 30 day no quibble returns policy for your peace of mind and satisfaction.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the day of purchase.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure items are received back in their original, unused condition therefore appropriately packaging should be used to ensure safe transit. We recommend using the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a traceable postal service or obtaining a proof of posting at the very least.

We do not accept return for fabrics unless faulty 

Damaged, Faulty or incorrect items received.
